Foreign Investments: Act no. 842/2021 on Investment Screening ensures national order and public safety through screening of direct foreign investments in the national weapons industry and indirectly safeguards SoS in public contracts concerning critical infrastructure in sensitive sectors through screening of foreign suppliers.
